Bayou La Batree is a project born in Gasteizen in February 2021, one year after the dissolution of the No Regret quintet.
After 7 years immersed in a very marked hardcore style, we decided to take some time to find a more personal sound and work on more elaborate music. All of this led to Bayou La Batre: a mix between hardcore and metalcore with rocker touches influenced by bands like Every Time I Die, Presure Crack or Underoath.

Aquilus took a decade off and came back like he never left! Bellum I is yet another piece of beautiful melodic black metal mixed with classical and folk that makes you wanna dance naked in a forest somewhere. The natural sounding production increases the atmosphere heavily. Griseus is a monumental black metal album for me but Bellum I isn't far behind. Can't wait for II!
